Mission

Our mission is to provide our students with the knowledge and skills to be successful both at Bowie and in life.  Our comprehensive guidance program is comprised with various activities and events for our students and parents including: academic planning, mental health support, classroom guidance lessons, presentations, etc.

  • Bowie High School Front Office
  • This event is for new to Bowie families that would like a tour of our campus.
  • Meet at the Bowie Front Office.
• Parent Meet & Greet (Parents/ Guardians Only)- August 12th 5:00-6:00PM
  • Bowie High School Cafeteria
  • Come meet your child's administrator and counselor.
• 9th Grade Parent Night (Parents/ Guardians Only)- August 12th 6:00-7:00PM
  • Bowie High School Auditorium
  • Learn about programs and resources for 9th grade students.
• Meet at the Tree Campus Preview (Students Only)- August 17th 5:00-6:00PM
  • Students are invited to visit the campus to walk their schedule before the first day of school or take a campus tour.
• First Day of School- August 18th
• Bulldogs & Hotdogs- August 29th
