35TH ANNUAL HOMECOMING FOOTBALL GAME 

The Homecoming football game is on Friday, September 23, 2022, at Burger Field against Dripping Springs. All current students and alumni are encouraged to attend the game and cheer on the Dawgs.

Many Bowie students opt to participate in the Texas tradition of wearing Homecoming mums to school and to the Homecoming football game. Mums come in all shapes and sizes and can be exchanged with friends, gifted from a parent, or purchased for oneself. The last day to purchase a Homecoming mum from the Bowie Silver Stars is Friday, September 9. Visit https://www.silverstars.org/ to purchase your mums and for more information. 

HOMECOMING DANCE 

The Homecoming Dance will be from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m on Saturday, October 1, at Bowie High School. All Bowie students are welcome to attend this fun and spirited event organized by the PTSA and JBHS Student Council. 

Tickets - Tickets for the Homecoming dance will be sold in the courtyard during both lunches for three days only: September 28-30. Tickets are $10.00 in advance and $15 at the door (tickets for non-Bowie guests require pre-approval and advance purchase). To purchase tickets, students must have their Bowie Student ID card for the current school year. 

Non-Bowie Guests - Students wishing to invite a non-Bowie guest must fill out and submit the Guest Approval Form, along with a photocopy of the guest's school ID by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 23, 2022. A copy of this form is also available in the main office. Tickets for guests will only be sold in advance and only after the Guest Approval Form has been processed by the Bowie administration team (guest tickets will NOT be sold at the door).
