PROJECT GRADUATION CLASS OF 2023
Senior parents, we’re in the home stretch!!
The Class of 2023 Project Graduation Booster Club would like to remind you there is still time to register your senior for the one and only Bowie City Limits graduation night party of the year!
The event will take place on graduation night, Friday, June 2, 2023! Buses will take our seniors from Bowie High School at 10:30 p.m. out to High Five Lakeway for a night filled with games, prizes, a silent disco, arcade games, laser tag, bowling, a pizza buffet, snacks, breakfast, and more!
Students will arrive back at Bowie High School around 6 a.m. This is a safe, alcohol and drug-free event hosted by parent volunteers.
This chaperoned event is going to be full of fun & making lasting memories, our goal is for our Dawgs to have one last hooray together in a safe environment. The deadline for registration is April 30: Class of 2023 Project Graduation Registration. Please note no refunds will be given.
The Class of 2023 is a special group of students and they deserve only the best! If you would like to donate towards gift cards prizes or large item prizes or volunteer as a chaperone please email Alicia at abaustin_1@yahoo.com.

PARENT INFORMATION LETTER
Dear parents of Class of 2023 Graduates,
Planning for Project Graduation has been underway since 2019, though in 2020 due to COVID and health concerns we all had to put everything on hold. It's 2021-22 school year now and time is flying by fast! We realize not all parents are on our Facebook page and may not be receiving news regarding Project Graduation, so we wanted to take this time to reach out, provide some information and share how you and your future graduate can be a part of Project Graduation 2023.
What is Project Graduation night?
It is an all-night, lock-in event created to promote a safe, supervised, alcohol and drug-free evening for graduating seniors. According to the National Institutes of Health, excessive drinking is responsible for more than 4,300 deaths among the underage each year – most occurring around prom and graduation.
Why should my child participate?
Because it will be the ULTIMATE GRADUATION PARTY ever!!! A time of celebration, reflection of their time at Bowie and the sharing in one last memory together as 2023 graduates. All Class of 2023 graduates are invited and encouraged to attend!
What will the kids do at Project Grad Night?
Our theme is a surprise at this time but will be revealed very soon! Some activities they can expect will include entertainment, food, music, games, prizes and much more!
Who pays for Project Graduation?
Grad night is funded 100% by contributions and tax-deductible donations, as well as fundraisers, spirit night events, and your student’s one time membership fee.
How do I get my student signed up for Project Grad Night?
The first step you can take is to register your student now for their ‘membership’. This can be done by going to https://austinisd.schoolcashonline.com/ , search Bowie, then Project Graduation 2023. We have kept the membership fee at $100 since 2019, effective Jan. 1, 2022 the membership price will increase. This membership is required for attendance to the event on graduation night. (Student scholarships available please contact your counselor)
How can I help?
As the saying goes, “it takes a village” and our village can use all the help we can get. In keeping with prior years our goal is to raise $35,000 for this event. To date we have raised about 10K and have about a year and half to go to raise more funds. We are accepting monetary, gift card and prize donations. There will be opportunities to volunteer at fundraising events, to join our event planning committee and to help the day of the event! (Sponsorship opportunities coming soon)
