On behalf of Bowie’s Class of 2026, I am writing to invite you to support our annual PROJECT GRADUATION celebration! The event will be held the evening of graduation on May 28, 2026 to honor the achievements of our graduating seniors in a safe, fun and substance-free environment.
Project Graduation is a cherished tradition at James Bowie High School, designed to ensure our seniors have a memorable graduation night without the dangers of being on the roadways. To make this event a reality, we rely on generous contributions from community members, local businesses, and organizations like yours.
Your donation will help provide a wide range of activities, entertainment, and prizes for our students. Additionally, it will help cover the costs of food, decorations, and venue rentals to make the night special for the Class of 2026. Whether through a monetary contribution, an in-kind donation, or sponsorship, your support will have a direct impact on the success of this event.
Given your leadership in our community, we would like to invite you to join us on this exciting journey as a sponsor. We offer various levels of participation and all sponsorships are tax-deductible. PARENT INFORMATION LETTER
Dear Parents/Guardians of current Freshmen – Bowie Class of 2026,
The Class of 2026 Project Graduation Booster Club needs your help as we begin planning for Project Graduation - a commitment by Bowie families, friends, and local businesses to provide a safe, alcohol-free and drug-free celebration for our students on their graduation night.
This special event is funded by Booster Club One Time membership fees ($100/student), fundraising, and donations. Purchasing a 2026 Booster Club Membership will give you 1 ticket to all Project Graduation 2026 festivities. Note: Membership fees will increase to $125 on 5/2/2025 and $150 on 1/1/2026.
If your student intends to attend the 2026 Project Graduation celebration, please take the following steps:
STEP 1
Complete and submit the Booster Club Membership Google Form
STEP 2
Submit payment for Booster Club Membership/Event Ticket:
Credit Card: Visit My School Central to create an account or log in to an existing account. Select the item “Project Graduation Class of 2026 Membership."
Check: Make payable to Bowie Project Grad 2026 (For Membership include Student Name).
Mail to: Bowie High School, c/o Class of 2026 Booster Club, 4103 W. Slaughter Ln, Austin, TX 78749
If paying in full, the $100 payment is due by May 1, 2025; If paying in installments, a $50 payment is due by December 1, 2024 and a second $50 payment is due by May 1, 2025.
