PARENT INFORMATION LETTER
Dear Parents/Guardians of current Freshmen – Bowie Class of 2025,
The Class of 2025 Project Graduation Booster Club needs your help as we begin planning for Project Graduation - a commitment by JBHS families, friends, and local businesses to provide a safe, alcohol-free and drug-free celebration for our students on their graduation night.
This special event is funded by Booster Club membership fees ($100/student), fundraising, and donations. Purchasing a 2025 Booster Club Membership will give you 1 ticket to all Project
Graduation 2025 festivities. Note: Membership fees will increase annually by $25.00.
If your student intends to attend the 2025 Project Graduation celebration, please take the following steps:
STEP 1
Complete and submit the Booster Club Membership Google Form
STEP 2
Submit payment for Booster Club Membership/Event Ticket:
- Credit Card: Visit SchoolCash Online to create an account or log in to an existing account. Select the item titled Bowie HS Proj Grad 2025 under your student’s name.
- Check: Make payable to Bowie Project Grad 2025 (For Membership Student
- Name). Mail to: Bowie High School, c/o Class of 2025 Booster Club, 4103 W. Slaughter Ln, Austin, TX 78749
- If paying in full, the $100 payment is due by May 1, 2022; If paying in installments, a $50 payment is due by December 1, 2021 and a second $50 payment is due by May 1, 2022.
