This page is specifically for those students who are current Bowie students. Former Bowie students will need to visit the Registrar Transcript page for more information on how to request a transcript.
All transcript requests during your senior year must be requested through Schoolinks.

Requesting Transcript Processes:
All transcript requests will be done on the Schoolinks platform by Students. Students can access this via the AISD Portal
- Requesting transcripts for college applications
- Transcripts are automatically requested when you save the application in Schoolinks once the student has added the school to their “college application” dashboard.
- It does not matter how you applied, the request is made automatically
- Students can track the submission in the Counselor Documents section of the College Application Requirements page
- It can take up to three weeks for the school to send the transcript, save applications to Schoolinks at least three weeks prior to the application deadline.
- Transcripts will not be ready to send until after September 1st
- Transcripts for submitted applications will be prioritized over non-submitted requests
- Transcripts are automatically requested when you save the application in Schoolinks once the student has added the school to their “college application” dashboard.
- Unofficial Transcripts can be downloaded from the Student Record Center in Schoolinks
- Click Student and Record Center on the left sidebar
- Click on "Download Unofficial Transcript"
- Requesting transcripts for other purposes (NCAA, scholarship, etc)
- Click the paper airplane icon - Send Official Transcript
- Choose Destination
- Enter any required additional information (emails address, mailing address)
Find your GPA in Schoolinks
- Click the School icon and select Scores and Performance
- Download an unofficial transcript to see your cumulative weighted GPA
Can I view my grades without having to request a transcript? (For SRAR purposes)
You can view your grades from 9th - 11th grade by logging into your AISD student portal. You will then need to click on Frontline Self Service and click on "Credit Summary". When you scroll down you will see your grades from each grade level broken up by subject area.
You can also view a unofficial transcript via Schoolinks. Steps are below:
- Unofficial Transcripts can be downloaded from the Student Record Center in Schoolinks
- Click Student and Record Center on the left sidebar
- Click on "Download Unofficial Transcript"
