Transcript Requests

This page is specifically for those students who are current Bowie students. Former Bowie students will need to visit the Registrar Transcript page for more information on how to request a transcript.

All transcript requests during your senior year must be requested through Naviance.  Your final transcript, however, will be requested through a google form that will be emailed to you in late April - early May of your senior year.

Scroll to the bottom for links for the steps to request an ACC Transcript or UT OnRamps.

Requesting Transcript Processes:

If you are applying through Apply Texas, Coalition, or the schools own application you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to Naviance (make sure the student is signed in, parents can't access the request form)
  2. Click on the "Colleges" tab
  3. Click on "Colleges I'm Applying To"
  4. Click on the blue plus sign
  5. Type in the school name where you would like to send the transcript
  6. Select the "App Type" - this is the date you plan to submit your application
  7. In the "I'll submit my application" field please select how you will be submitting your application.  If you're submitting by Common App you will select "Via Common App".  If you are submitting your application through the schools' website, Coalition, or Apply Texas you will need to select "Direct to the Institution".
  8. Check the box if you have already submitted your application
  9. Then click on "Add and Request Transcript"
  10. Then on "What type of Transcript are you Requesting" - click on "Initial" . All transcript requests between August and December are initial requests.  Jan. through April requests are considered "mid- year".  Final transcripts list your graduation date and final rank so these will not be available until mid - late June (the year you graduate).

  5. Click on "Request Transcripts"

Can I view my grades without having to request a transcript? (For SRAR purposes)

You can view your grades from 9th - 11th grade by logging into your AISD student portal.  You will then need to click on Frontline Self Service and click on "Credit Summary".  When you scroll down you will see your grades from each grade level broken up by subject area.

If you have any issues with your transcript, please contact your Registrar.
