Octavio Angel
Assistant Principal
Mr. Angel works with the Social Studies department and serves as the primary contact for families with last names A-Che. Additionally, he supports the Baseball and Softball programs/boosters at Bowie High School along with the Debate Club. Mr. Angel is entering his 7th year in public education, all of which he has spent in Austin, Texas. He began his career as a Science teacher at Austin High School, where he taught for 5 years and coached girls' soccer. In the fall of 2022, Mr. Angel transitioned to Burnet Middle School as an Assistant Principal. Mr. Angel is thrilled to join Bulldog Nation and looks forward to becoming deeply involved with the community, building connections with students, staff, and families alike.
