Now that we are three weeks into our new school year, Mr. Robinson shares some important reminders about campus procedures as well as upcoming events. He provides details on Club Fair and upcoming progress reports. He also provides information regarding traffic, parking, and students with off-campus privileges.

There are a couple of exciting events coming up for Bulldog Nation! Mr. Robinson shares details about Bulldogs and Hotdogs, Bowie's big fundraising event organized by the PTSA, and Back to School Night, where parents and guardians can attend come-and-go sessions in classrooms or parent learning sessions for more specialized informational presentations.

Mr. Robinson recaps our first week back for the 2023-24 school year by sharing the Advisory on-boarding lessons and celebrating a successful 9th grade Spirit Training event. He apprises parents of the procedure for having older students with a driver's license be able to check themselves out of school for appointments. He also reminds the community about upcoming events, including the first varsity football game, Bulldogs and Hotdogs, and Back to School Night.

Mr. Robinson welcomes Bowie Bulldogs back to school with our First Day Reminders document, updates on Chromebook distribution, news on the HB 114 legislation, and encouragement to review and commit to the Bowie Baseline Expectations. He also invites interested parents and community members to sign up to serve on Bowie's Campus Advisory Committee (CAC).

Mr. Robinson welcomes our new Bulldogs! In this special edition of the Bowie Star, he shares information for parents about our communication systems, freshman orientation efforts, upcoming events, an invitation to buy a class T-shirt, and provides reminders about summer work requirements for advanced courses.
