Greetings, Bulldog Nation! This morning we welcomed 2629 students to campus for the start of the 2021-22 school year. I am pleased to report that in spite of the necessity of Covid-19 protocols and slight inconveniences of ongoing construction, we have had a GREAT first day of school! Thank you for sending your Bulldog to us ready to learn and ready to collaborate with their peers, teachers, and other staff in establishing an inclusive and friendly environment as we reimagine Bowie together!

Greetings, Bulldog Nation! This week, several of Bowie’s campus leaders returned from their summer breaks and are enthusiastically planning for the upcoming school year. Lots of detailed information about the start of the new year will be shared over the next few weeks in the Bowie Star newsletter, via Twitter @AISDBowie, and on the Bowie website JBHS.org. Rising freshmen and their families should begin receiving Bowie communications next week following the district’s roll-over of student data for the new school year.
